The Portable STB 75

The STB 75 Steel Modular Wash is 75 H.P. and 20ft long which is about 2 rotations of a tire. The system requires about 4 days to install and runs on 460 volts-3 phase. The STB 75 can be delivered galvanized or painted. A separate tank is required for the STB 75 and can also be supplied by Stanton Systems. The Steel Modular Wash can be supplied in a larger size, the STB 100. This large unit is 100 H.P. and is 30 ft long, about 3 rotations of the tire. The Modular Wash's water sprays upward from below the tires. Side Blasters can be outfitted as well as tire guides and side walls. The system is turbine pump driven and can also be diesel driven. The STB 75's and STB 100's powerful wash sprays are the key mechanism to slowing the fast-paced trucks for a thorough wash.
